ARQ is pleased to announce that 52 Poplar Street was selected to receive Maryland Historic Revitalization Tax Credits through the state competitive commercial tax credit program. 52 Poplar Street is an iconic late 19th century commercial building in the historic downtown of Cambridge, Maryland. The proposed project envisions converting the upper floor of the building to apartments while repairing and rehabilitating the historic features of the original structure. ARQ Architects developed the project design in collaboration with O’Connell & Associates to support the tax credit application.
